Return and refund policy

30-day returns

You can return unused physical items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Items we cannot accept

• Software codes and digital subscriptions once the code has been sent.
• eGift cards once sent.
• Opened personal care items, such as supplements, skin care, sleep tape and hair removal devices, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.

How to start a return

1. Email support@ratepurchaseoffer.com or call +1 801-779-4965 with your order reference (it starts with RPO-).
2. We will reply with return instructions and the address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back. Keep your tracking number.

Return shipping

If an item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, we pay for return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

We inspect returns within two business days of receiving them. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
